What counts as a "page-credit"?

1 credit = 1 page audited at Standard intensity. Deep runs use 3 credits per page (more LLM passes + exploratory agent + VPAT). Custom runs are priced by an additive formula — see the live calculator in the dashboard before you submit.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Self-serve plans cancel from the customer portal. Managed + On-Premise follow your contract terms.

Do unused credits roll over?

No — monthly credits reset each billing cycle. Top-up packs (one-time purchases) never expire.

Why "work email only"?

Keeps abuse low. If your company uses gmail / similar, email jason@testers.ai and we'll allow-list it.

Managed vs Team — what's the difference?

Team = same SaaS, you click submit. Managed = IcebergQA's engineers + AI agents drive runs + triage results, and report back to your Slack each cycle.

How long are reports stored?

30 days on every plan. Download the raw JSON any time before then if you want to keep results longer.
